They sent an email saying that it was out of stock and could not say when they'd be able to get it back in stock. Theres a phone number with it.

+44 1865 400835

I tried calling that number exactly with it coming back that the number wasn't in use. I tried it with a zero in front in stead of 44 (coz its UK) and it goes to a clothing company that doesn't sell what I ordered - the co name is different. I then checked on the solid gold bomb website for their phone number and it just gives their address, no phone number. I also searched this business address and according to BT is doesn't exist.

What to do?:shrug::dummy:

P.S I paid by debit card.

Whose debit card. I know LLoyds gives the same protection to it's debit cards as credit cards (refunds etc) but not all banks do.
 
Maybe worth a trip to Oxford or seeing if someone is close by there and can check out the address for you.
 
Hello Sarah,

the number 01865 400835 is for Harold Ross Limited - which looks to be the limited company for the Solid Gold Bomb "trading mark"....... so you might be okay after all.

If you look on the Solid Gold Website it mentions Harold Ross at the bottom. It is confusing when you call and a totally different company answers.

So perhaps try the number again.

Just checked and there are warehouses but nothing showing a company called solid gold bomb
 
Hmm well I hold my hands up and apologise. They do seem to be part of the same line. Well confusing.:cuckoo:

I phoned them again. A girl answered the phone. Couldn't have been less pleased to hear from me. :lol:

I told her what happened. She replied with 'right' :lol:

So I told her that I would like a refund please. She said 'ok, we'll sort that out for you, thankyou bye' None of my details taken for the order. So this will either be a chase for the money or I am the only person in the UK to have ordered from them in the last week. :lol:
 
The phone number for the address they supply is 01865 400441, a company called UDMS Ltd. try phoning them?
 
Our Terms & Conditions our currently under revision and being prepared. We will release a new set within a couple days that encompasses both of our growing wholesale and retail customer bases. In the interim, general trade policies apply as per EU Legislation. SGB meets or exceeds EU requirements.

Give `em a week, and if they aren't up to scratch let Trading Standards know.
