Took this picture today and made a right mess of it.
Can someone please improve it if possible.

in which case i shall have a go.

cropped to get rid of the blank area to the left and the bright area at the bottom
resized and sharpened - it's a bit shaky but the sharpening helped a bit
level adjust to brighten
little saturation increase
little contrast enhancing

not too sure what you're after, but i'd have wanted it more like this.

Pretty much the same - levels, curves and crop ( and my crop could have been better) and finally some USM. HTH.
