HELLO TO EVERYONE THAT MIGHT READ THIS AND THANKS FOR ANY INPUT.
QUESTION:HOW DO I RE-SIZE MY IMAGES FOR UPLOAD,I`M A NEWBIE TO THIS FORUM AND A NEWBIE PHOTOGRAPHER IN LOOSE TERMS, SO GO EASY ON ME
 
First of all, welcome to the forum. Secondly, you'll find the caps lock button next to the 'A' key. Press it because it seems to be turned on.

As for how to resize, it depends on what software you have. Do you have Photoshop? If so then go to Image>resize image and change the dimensions so it is 800px on its longest side.
 
Microsoft have a free Powertoy available called Image Resizer.

Just right click on the pic and select from 3 sizes (medium is exactly right for here) or a custom size.
Dead easy to use.
