Help required please on resizing image

Hi All,
I have a now had a couple of attempts at trying to resize image for addition to gallery and my 52 week challenge. I am :bang:to say the least. I am unsure where I am going wrong. I use an imac (which is relatively new to me). I also use photoshop elements again this is now to me. :shrug:

IN desperate need please on a bit of guidance, no doubt it is really easy peasy

Determined to get an image on today.

what are you trying to resize from too? - in terms of pixel dimensions, that is.
 
I think I've managed to do it now, guess what it was quite easy when I found the right place. I now need help to get from my gallery into thread. Thanks for response. Are you able to help further???. It looks ok on gallery phew... getting there verrrrrryyyyyy slowly
 
Hi Mandy
I "think" if you go to your gallery and open the picture there are a couple of boxes underneath with url's. Choose the lower one (not thumbnail) and copy the whole path that starts
