Help ... quick!

I have just spent hours creating a slide show with my pics and music combined, after finally purchasing a new Re writer thingy ma bob. I just came to the point where you burn the project to disc ... and I have the wrong disc type

The hubby is on his way to Tesco as I type, and he is ringing me when he gets there so I can tell him what I need.

So what type of disc do I need? Am I right in thinking it would be a DVD-RW disc? (please only say if you are 100% sure which type I need, can not handle any more delay!)

It has about 300 pics in the project plus 4 songs. So it's mixed media if that makes sense.

Please help. I spent hours doing this and even bought a DVD player (I know I'm behind with the times) just so I could play it afterwards on the big telly. I want to see it before I go to bed damn it!

Make sure you remember to save the whole project too in case you need to make any minor changes !

If you can output the project to an ISO image file instead of to a disc, do that. Then burn that image file to your DVD using your usual burning software.

Use the lowest burn speed of your drive to get a disc that most consumer DVD players will read.
