I've just revved a roll of portrayed in my Job and the negs appear a little cloudy. If this were black and white and pop them back in the fixer whats the solution for colour or have I just munged them up?

I used to have them come out cloudy but dry clear. Other than that I can't help I'm afraid.

You could see if popping them back in the fixer works, just give the fixer a good shake before use.

"I've just revved a roll of portrayed in my Job"

I think you drank the fixer and fixed the film in the last tin of Stella.....:D

They do seem to be drying a little clearer, maybe I'm just being impatient.
Another question, can I reuse the chems to do a second roll?

Bluddy auto-connect, mayd mee luk Luke a fuel.

:D

I'm with Rob, I've only seen them cloudy whilst still wet, seems to clear when they are dry.
If its still milky cloudy when dried its probably underfixing, if its foggy, ie dark, it must be something else

Ilford lc29. I'm fairly sure I read that they are OK for a few rolls but I'm not 100%.

They look a little milky cloudy rather than muddy, so hopefully they'll clear as they dry out.
Going to do the second roll now so we'll see how they come out.

LC29 is a black and white developer. Are you sure you've used that??? Thought you had just been devving a colour C41 film?!

b****r, I'm being really thick today... LC29 is my black and white developer, I'm using tetanol c41 for colour.

Crikey Andy, what are you on today! :hungover::D:D

Tetenal c-41 .....a one liter solution will dev approx 12 films ( although I've pulled double that from a kit!) so unless I'm missing somethng, you'll be ok for a few rolls yet assuming the chems are new and this was the first film devd.

I do have days when I manage to get everything completely wrong....off to the pub now, maybe a beer will help:D

now I've just managed to take the top off the tank whilst :mad:trying to put the water in for the pre heat

Well at least the roll of t-max came out OK...

Yep.....
