hi guys, are there any photographers in the Hertfordshire area that can help me
to use my camera as it is meant to be used,
I have a canon 550d I know some basics but want to be good at photography .
it is only a hobby, I love wildlife,
so if any one wants some company and likes the outdoors and wildlife let me know,

Hi Sam and welcome to TP. If you have a look in the Meeting Place area, there's a thread about an upcoming visit to Whipsnade Zoo. Pretty sure you'd be made welcome and shown a load of useful hints and tips. I know that's not really wildlife but most of the photographic techniques will be transferable. I'm hoping to make it up myself, maybe see you there!

As Nod has already mentioned, have a nosy and see if there are any meets happening in your local area. If not and there are things you need a hand with you can always post here in the forum and ask for advice, there are stacks of very knowledgable and experienced people here who are always happy to help. :)
