Morning guys does anyone have or know where I might be able to get hold of one or two of those old white/clear film cases

Go to your local poundland and buy some Agfa Vista only a pound a roll and they come in the clear/white cases.

I think its iso 200. It's the only stuff they sell. It won't be too difficult to distinguish.

Gareth, pop into anywhere that does D&P (Boots, Snappy Snaps etc) and ask if they have any canisters they want to get rid of. Last time I needed more than I had, I asked Jessops and got a couple of hundred! If you were closer, you'd be welcome to pick a couple up but the postage costs would be way more than it's worth.

Bit off thread, but this reminded me of the old metal canisters that 35mm film came in long ago....... I had a quick look on the internet to see if they were still available, but they seem to be collectors items now. I must have thrown away hundreds!

My family over the years had too chucked loads of those metal one away. I was after a clear case so I could try out using it as a diffuser on my on camera flash which I watched a photographer on his YouTube channel make and use with good results
