Help please

I have a problem, Ive recently edited a couple of images in CS5 then save as and save it. Then when i look at the picture its all OOF but when i zoom in once its as clear as day. Its happend to a couple of images out of tens but annoying and not sure whats happend or how to get around it.
I could probably take a screen print and post up but its showing a bit of bum so not sure if thats allowed in this section.

Try re saving it with a different name ( add -a for example ) and see if that makes any difference. I

What are you saving as jpeg or something else? Are you zooming in within photoshop? it doesn't always show sharpening properly except at 100%
And does the same pic alway display as OOF at normal viewing size and sharp at 100% or is the problem erratic .

Saving it as jpeg and its when on windows photo gallery just the standard program for opening images up in.
Tried resaving it etc and makes no difference. its very weird
