I need some help please

Just had a Nik Collection email to say I can download the whole collection as I'm already a subscriber.

Instructions say "When the download is complete, locate the file on your computer, double-click on the installer and follow the onscreen instructions."

I tried double clicking but it doesn't work. It isn't a .exe file. Its description is 007_22671_WIN_FULL[1] File. What program do I need to open it?

are you mac or windows?
 
I'm guessing it will be a zipped file, try winzip or winrar
 
Saw somewhere that the thing to do is to rename the file with .EXE on the end. I can't verify that as I haven't had the email myself, and I am not a computer expert. If it works please let us all know.

You sir, are a genius (must be something to do with the name :D)

Renamed and worked a treat. I now have all the Nik software.

I've downloaded the trial but can't find HDR Efex. Any ideas? :)
