Help please to edit photo for charity poster

Does anyone fancy editing this photo??

My dad is running the marathon for our local dog rescue so they asked for a picture of him to be added to a poster/website. Took this shot outside his house earlier in a rush and I'm sure it can be improved (no time to re take in a better location i'm afraid)
