HELP!!!

For a week now, my digibox has been telling me there's no information available about current and futire programming. And I can't pre-programme to record.

I've rescanned the channel information, I'm trying to avoid a system reset as that'll erase my saved programmes but is it just me? Is anyone else getting this? Is my digibox bu$$ered?:bang:
 
I would definitely try a powercycle first.

Kill the power completely, leave it for 10 minutes, and have another go :)

Always works for me when my digibox goes boobs north.

Hold backup button

Powerup keep holding backup button till on screen dispaly tells you it updating.

My old Amstrad Sky box packed up a while back,dreaded stuck on standby syndrome and I've read a few threads stating that process might work for that too but no luck as yet :(
Does the updates come via the dish or phoneline (which is disconnected in my case)
I do miss the ability to view the English BBC channels btw
