I am 6' 3" and was looking for a monopod recently. I wanted one where I wouldn't be hunched over the camera with the monopod at full stretch. In the end I went for a Giottos monopod as the longer ones of these are much longer than the Manfrotto. Take a look at the Giottos website here the 182cm monopod will be enough once you have put your camera on it. I actually have the 167cm model which is fine for my height.
As for tripods I am not sure it matters so much. Most of my tripod work tends to be landscape and for foreground interest I tend to be pretty low to the ground. But again if you are worried about being hunched over the camera - setting the tripod to make the camera come to your height take a look at the Manfrotto 055 series - max height 178cm which again should be more than enough by the time you've chosen a head.
Redsnapper are very well regarded on this forum. Excellent value for money. I couldn't see any dimensions for their products on the website. It might be worth a PM or email to them and check the height of their 'pods?
