HELP - Options Bar has disappeared

One of my children has hit the key board and the options bar, where you set width of pixels for clone stamp etc, has disappeared, I have googled and used help and clicked on everything in view, and I cant find out how to get it back.
 
bounce anyone?? Im really stuck without it.
 
got it sorry, it was obvious in the end, restart computer!
 
if you can see view ? tick one in the list that corresponds to whats not in view ? sorry my desktop PC has crashed and wont boot so i cant see mine.

thanks for that advice, I had clicked on everything there was to click mind you!
 
Window/options should bring it back without having to restart.

thanks - it was probably my baby hitting the keyboard then.
 
I think there should be a "reset view" button somewhere that resets everything back to the default view as like when its 1st installed.
 
Their used to be a reset palette option in edit/preferences but I don't know if it's still there, that reset your palettes to the default on startup.
