Help on composition

What should I do to this image, if you wanted you can do a quick edit of the image yourself.

What do you want to achieve with it?

I'm guessing you want to emphasise the sky rather than the water, so I'd crop up from the bottom right, until the horizon pretty much worked with the rule of thirds.

Yeah i thought of cropping up from the bottom right to get rid of a lot of the black. I think it is slightly under esposed, but i like the colours of the sky.

Yip - 1.5" off the bottom and 1" off the right hand side.
Probably also try to brighten it a tad.

Thought it'd look better with some of the sky reflected in the water?

Any excuse for a play with PS, although there isn't a lot of scope with this pic (for someone of my limited imagination and ability)
