You want people to help you to talk about photographer's photos? In what sense?

You mean critique, or more in terms of a deconstruction in an academic sense?

be honest with yourself.....

do you like it? and then write why.....

have a look through the critique section and have a look at peoples input of pics etc and try and get a feel for it.

Welcome to the forum

It all depends on how much knowledge you have about photography before making comments about other peoples pictures.

To actually talk or write on the subject even a basic knowledge on rule of thirds-composition -lighting- editing and everything else concerning photography is a must.

Without that your talk is worthless let alone writing on the subject. Yes you can get the information from books and the like but they are other peoples thoughts and opinions not yours which is what you are trying to get across.

Even then talking/writing about other peoples photos is a bit of a liberty in my opinion unless the person who took the photos gives their permission.

I disagree. It's a public forum. If you don't want comments, don't post. Stick them on a website instead.

You've misunderstood Bazza their David...he said those you haven't given their permission. ie. they don't know we might be criticizing their shots as they haven't posted them themselves.

Ahh.. my bad.. sorry. :bang:

No one has said about photos on here, the OP was talking about any photos he wanted to talk/write about.
