Help needed!

Took a load of pics today (353) and where taken in RAW, I have just loaded the card into my PC, Photoshop Elements 6 has opened up, and I clicked on 'Get Photo's'.

Once they have been imported, approx 30 are showing, the rest are just showing a thumbnail which I guess is meant to say it is a file, any ideas anyone?
 
Might be a memory thing with your PC. They are RAW images and it takes a bit of RAM to display each as a thumbnail. It could be your memory is used up on something else? Just a thought.

Presumably you can still open the files even though you can't see a thumbnail image?
 
Just built a new PC, and I have 4gb RAM installed, so wouldnt have thought memory is an issue.

Just found out, the only way I can see any of these is to view the image full screen, even double clicking doesn't bring the image up, only by making it full screen.

I used the same card yesterday, used RAW yesterday, and formatted the card last night, after Elements had downloaded all images with no issue.

All very strange....
 
Found a way round it, 'process multiple files' and then change to JPEG's.

I shall be shooting JPEG's from now on, much easier.
