Hi,

A friend of mine is an extremely talented artist and asked if I could take pictures of a couple of his canvasses before he sent them away. He wasn't there when I called, so I left my camera for him. Unfortunately, he took the pictures from close up and has ended up with some distortion which he asked if I could fix. I have Elements 7 which I don't think has anything to help with that.

Any one out there willing to process a couple of Jpegs for me/him? :) It would be greatly appreciated. :thankyou: and give you an immense feeling of wellbeing (possibly) :notworthy:

Hi @rbrown74 - please do post the image; I could give it a shot using PS5 (we can use Edit > Transform > Skew/Perspective/Distort). If it requires sharpening, we can use Hi-pass sharpening (Filter>Other>High Pass).
If you end up liking my result, I can give you detailed instructions on the same...

You have PM!

Have you tried Filter>Correct Camera Distortion in Elements 7?

Yeah, that's the trouble with Photoshop. You have to yell at it really loudly sometimes to make it give up the deeper secrets. Some people haven't even found the `remove clothing` button would you believe :p

I'm not sure you're telling the truth.:cuckoo: I squealed at the laptop for it to reveal the 'clothes' function but nothing.... and now I'm horse.

Maybe I was shouting at too high of pitch. Should it be more middle C rather than high F#? :bonk:

PS: Thanks again!
