I have a job interview next week and i haven't had an interview for 18months or so and could do with some tips :) The job is a web dev for a design agency and i'd really like to know what you think i should be doing to prepare for the interview.

Any ideas would be great as i could really do with this going well!

Probably a good idea to have a look at their web site to see what sort of work they have done in the past, you can then look to your own experiences/jobs and see how that would fit within their compnay.

It would also be a good idea to have a few questions for them for the inevitable "is there anything you would like to ask us..." question at the end.

"and what would you do to improve our existing web-site?"

Just thought of some more...if you don't know the answer to a question - be honest and say you don't, but back it up with some speil about your willingness to learn, be trained and keep up to date with emerging technologies/methods.

Matt. Do as much research as you can before hand. Look at their web site, find out who their clients are. Take notes with some pre prepared questions. But what ever you do No bull.
