Help I,m Getting Logged Out

Can one of the mods please help, i keep getting logged out from the site after a few minutes, so finding it difficult to post,had to do this one quick,cheers.

Try logging out manually and clearing your cookies.
It sounds like for some reason, the cookie isn't 'setting' on your computer, have you checked your security settings?

the same thing was happening to me it kept going to the front screen where all the new posts where listed but it just sorted its self out.
