Home/Office network comprises:-
On going away on holiday all office equipment and the Virgin Superhub were switched off.
Holiday accommodation had a BT Internet connection (not sure which type but not mega-fast) and laptop did not immediately connect to it so had to run a wizard (!) to get it to see and use the wireless - spent the 2 weeks without issues using the holiday wi-fi.
On return home the Laptop immediately connected to the Virgin Superhub and Internet, however it will not access any of the office PC's, printers or NAS units - PC's can connect to NAS units, Virgin Superhub and Internet!
From the Laptop I can ping the office PC's and NAS but I cannot ping the Laptop from the office PC's.
I have tried disabling the Kaspersky firewall (Laptop tried and one of the PC's tried) but it makes no difference.
I am assuming that connecting to the holiday wi-fi has in some way made a change to the Laptop that is now causing issues with it connecting to the rest of my Home/Office network ... but I don't know what.
Any help on resolving this irritation would be much appreciated.
- Dell XPS Laptop in the lounge with wireless connection to Virgin Superhub (also in the lounge).
- 2 x Dell Desktops with attached USB printers in office with ethernet connection via pair of Home Network Plugs from Splitter to Virgin Superhub.
- 2 x NAS units in office with ethernet connection to Splitter.
