Sorry for the naff 'Helo' title; I hit 'enter' instead of 'backspace', ho-hum. First post's a spelling mistake

Thanks for the great forum you have here, I've been lurking for a year and a half after going digital (a STEEP learning curve!).
Prior to that my SLRs have been a Zenit E and a Nikon FE so I know the basics of photography but zero PP.

I've learnt a lot reading the different threads during my lunchbreaks and when I get the g/f her own laptop she'll stop monopolising this one and I'll post a bit.

most of my photography is outdoors naturey type stuff with some other stuff thrown in, so thanks for the 'duffers' in 'Birds' and 'nature, wild and free', which always make me smile, and also the couple-of-quid welding-glass shots.

No problem! Not that keen on MB, tried it and thought it a waste of money. Went on Asda mobile and it worked out cheaper PAYG for my phone!
