Afternoon folks! Hope all is well.

Joined here to learn mostly and be involved with fellow like minds. A lone wolf so to speak on my photography quest with nobody to really bounce ideas or get feedback from, so turning to this forum to hopefully sharpen me up (and pass on any nuggets of info ive learned along the way (A lot of Youtube has been had)).

I predominantly take pictures of places as a hobby. A keen hiker and kayaker from Scotland so this is where i practised the most. Nothing like putting all your faith in your pinky finger to detect where the water is when dangling your camera just above the sea for the shot too.

I've just started getting into newborn shoots, with a wave of babies appearing left and right around me, i thought why not and passes time when on uncle duties as it turns out. Partner is a midwife too so im hoping i could actually spin a buck or two out of that 'at source' connection haha.

Anyway, rambling, can be found on IG (framepov) where i post my content. Baby shoots pending as im just getting to grips with that. Feel free to have a nosey and tell me where im going wrong. All comments welcome!

Have a good Sunday!

EDIT - Forgot to add the E in my IG handle. :sorry:

G'day, dam i hate using my camera in the kayak. As soon as i lose the horizon thing's get wobbly:eek:. My kayaks mainly just transport to get me up the river and around the corners at a few places. Been wanting to put a stabilisation outrigger set up on her so i can use the camera without fear of it drowning.

Hi Ramone, welcome to the forum, happy kayaking :)

Haha, yeah im probably lucky in the sense i have a tandem kayak so its a but wider and it's usually me getting taxi'd along while i try and capture the day. I really want to get my hands on one of the waterproof cases but it's just ~£600 im struggling to part with for now. One day!
