Hi all!

As you can probably guess I'm new to this site. My name is Ryan and I'm from Sheffield (well just outside Sheffield). My favorite type of photography is landscape photography, I've been doing it on and off over the past year or so during my spare time. I usually go up to the Peak District to see if I can get some good shots. Today is the first time I've actually sat down and started to use Photoshop and Lightroom for editing. I was wondering if any of you people have any tips on landscape photography when it comes to editing, improving the image? Any tips when taking the shots would also be appreciated.

Hello and welcome Ryan. I am a newbie too but TP looks full of helpful people and hints and tips to help us on our way.

I agree, it looks full of helpful people. I had a quick look around last night and have found some really good pieces of work! I think this site might become the New Facebook for me haha

Yes it won't be long until I post some of my work. Currently putting together a small collection, I should get them posted for the weekend :)
