Hi everybody!

I'm Toby, 21, and aspiring photographer.

Starting as a hobby, I have gone on to take my photography quite seriously.

My cameras are like my inanimate children!

I own 2 DSLR's and a SLR film camera.

I've recently upgraded my Canon 600D to a 5Dmk3 which has made photography quite a big commitment for me, hopefully it will remain fun and exciting, as it was when I began!

I do, however, feel that my favorite of my 3 children is the Nikon FM2 film camera as the mystery and excitement of waiting months to get my films printed/scanned/put onto CD really bring back some exciting memories and the look of the grainy black and white Ilford film helps capture that past time look and feel!

I look forward to perusing this forum and will try my best to get involved in its community!

It's very good to have you here and I hope you make yourself at home. I see that you've found the Film & Conventional section - loads of fellow enthusiasts in there

We really are a very friendly bunch with loads of great advice on hand . . . although you may find us slightly disorganised at the moment.
In case you haven't seen it we've just moved over to a brand new forum and we're just getting things settled back down.
