Hello everyone, I am new on here but very pleased to join you all.
My camera is a Canon EOS 500D, and have a few problems with it....could anyone tell me if I can set the camera to factory settings!
Maybe if I can start from scratch, it might work better.

HI dave,
I have a Canon 400D if it the same as mine you can clear your setting by turning the top dial to M then going into the menu and the go through the menu and look for tools along the top. scrole accros the top till you fnd tools then down to the one that says Clear settings that hould sort you out.
