Hi to all from another forum newby...
Have been lightly dabbling with the picture box for a couple of years, first with an eos 1000d and now with a 550d (as I would like to try video some time). I'm still pretty rubbish, but learning and enjoying it, so all good! Have even had a macro pic of a flower printed big and stuck on the wall in the house, which the misses loves (helping to justify the £400 quid I blew on the 100mm macro lens!).
Moved around a fair bit over the years, but have now settled down here in Devon while the kids finish school - so expect to dabble in land and sea scape photography at some point as well (still figuring out what type of photos I want to get into the most - so much choice!).
Had a look through the forum and seen some really helpful posts from you guys, so expect some daft questions from me as time goes on!
