Hi everyone.:)
I've owned my camera for just over 2 years and I've been trying to master it ever since.
I like to take photo's of my grandchildren, landscapes and places I visit.

Hi Liz,

I just joined this forum too. I just bought my first camera and am starting a beginners course next month. My brother in law is a photographer so he really inspired me to give it a try.

I hope to get helpful tips and pointers on this site :)
 
Thanks for a warm welcome everyone. I treated myself to a Tamron 18-200mm canon fit lens on Saturday. I'm thrilled with it, but I didn't do it justice on Sunday at St. Fagans, near Cardiff. One or two of my pics were ok'ish, but most of them were blurred. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Tried different F numbers and fast shutter speeds, and changes ISO... it was a lovely bright sunny day. Any comments would be most welcome.
