Hi, my name is Jo (Joanne) and i'm new to this forum! I'm 24 years old & married with a daughter who is 11 months old. We live on the outskirts of Manchester in a village called Carrbrook.
I have just got a new camera for xmas (Nikon D60) after being interested in photography for a long time & decided a decent camera would be a good place to start!
I'm a designer, website & graphic design therefore have some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. I'm a Mummy with my own business and havent really worked for a good while so i'm a little rusty if im honest but the basics are there!
I'm looking for advice & help to learn more about my new found hobby and hopefully learn from other photographers and their techniques etc. I am interested in portraits, inparticular photographs of my daughter who is 11 months old. I am also interested in landscapes & nature, I would love to have a go at all type of photography and see which aspects interest me the most.
Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself, hopefully will chat to some of you soon!
