Hello TP

Just a quick thread to say hello. I'm from the north lakes and am a newbie to photography.

My kit is a 550D which came with the EF-S 18-55mm, and I've got an EF-S 55-250mm in the post.

I was playing around last night with the manual mode and got a few pictures which were ok given I don't yet understand how each setting works.

Thanks brunty, I say playing around, but I was at it for a good hour, more like playing around with the settings I'm finding some of the info on this forum very useful tbh, glad I popped by
