hi Sarah hunny

Today, I spotted a heron - no camera :(

A pair of kestrels (?) in my flowering almond tree  - went in doors for camera came out - gone.

Am obviously not destined to be a nature photographer

get some mice, the kestrels will come back

Mice I can do, my feed shed is full of them. Still waiting for my "prize" to appear with his birds

hi Jon, how's you?

welcome back Sue x

been using my uncles comp today with office 2010...I must say I quite like it

I had been using office 2007 and that was OK but had it's drawbacks, not least the awful ribbon bar. That seems to have been improved greatly in 2010.

what's the goss? anything exciting happening/happened?

Not a lot. I met up with Tori last weekend, been helping her out a fair bit. Other than that, all is quiet on the western front. I've been taking advantage to catch up on a few chores.

What's your news?

been working loads...planning an urbexel shoot (urban exploration and model shoot combined), so I'm location hunting, model hunting, and clothing style/mua planning

how is the Essex lassy?

Sorry I kept disappearing this evening. I had a good day out today taking photos at Walton but am suffering for it now.

One of my pictures is going to be published in a book. I am not asking any money for it. Some on TP think I am mad but I am just happy it is being used.

Sounds interesting Andy. What location possibilities are you considering?

She be fine I do believe, at least she was a earlier tonight. She's got square eyes now, spending too much time playing with LR.

I've replied to your post Sue x

Well done you! I think if money is in the budget you should charge, but... At the end of the day you doing what you feel is best is far more important. But do make sure you get a credit published in the book! That will far outlast any money you may/may not get. :)

Yes thanks Jon. I have asked them to send me a copy of the book. I dont think they will have the cheek to charge me for it- they wouldnt get it if they tried. They are going to credit me on the page and put my details in the contributors at the back of the book.I am quite happy with that. It is quite a good textbook by the look of it.

How did you get your car in the back of the van.

sorry for the overdue reply, my 3G keeled over

what I did was, load my car with small boxes, then unload and leave the car at the flat, then walked round to the hire shop and picked the van up, loaded it with all the heavy stuff, me and two mates done it in a few hours
:)

Hi Robily, I just had this vision of you trying to get your car in the van , just my sense of humour.

Hi Sue, I'm kinda around. Busy processing pics from today's zoo visit with Tori. We both got some cracking shots. She's already started a couple of threads for hers...

How's you tonight?
