Hello all.

I'm Brett, I go by Chicken to alot of people, so call me whatever really, I've always had a camera but only the last few years that i've really started to take is seriously, I'm really into Planes, urban and macro photography, I also like a good black and white, I use Lightroom to edit my photos but i tend not to edit too much and keep them as RAW as i can.
Anyone else from my neck of the woods?

Hi Melvyn, I often visit the airport with the family, Are you part of the EGCC spotters group on Facebook?
 
No Usually on south side. post on some of the face book sites for egcc.
 
I haven't managed to get over to south side yet, Always seems to rain when i plan to go lol. I shall have a look out for some of your shots.
 
I live in Platt Bridge, Don't hold that against me, i didnt know the area and its reputation before i moved here lol, Where are you in the best town ever?
 
Nah, I'm in Southport now, but my mother came from Coppull and Wigan was on her patch. When we were kids we were always going backwards and forwards, but mainly the north end - Standish, Mesnes, Springfield, Whelley etc. Opposite end of town to you.
Still have relatives over there so come over regularly. Use Rivington for togging quite a bit.
 
Small world, Yeah iive been up Rivington a few times, it's a lovely place

Warm welcome Bret.(y) I used to drive a bus on the Airport to Wilmslow route. The route went under the planes coming in over Stockport. I loved to time it so that I went directly under the plane as it passed over the road. Really made the bus windows rattle and the children loved it.
