hello from weymouth

hi everyone

just joined and have only had my sony alpha a330 for a couple of weeks and i am chuffed to bits with it.i have the 18-55mm kit lens and the tamron 70-300mm lens.its a big step up from compact cameras but am learning more every day.photography is a relaxing pastime.

thanks for the welcome,i have been lurking for a week or so and learnt a couple of things from you guys.
weymouth is ok if you don't live there but been living here for at least 12 years and kind of take all the scenery etc for granted,but i did get what i think are a few good shots of powerboat racing last weekend
