Hi Folks,

just joined to learn from the experts. Been away from photography too long but now retiring can get into it 'digitally'. Hope for lots of advice and will post a thread on this today.

Hi Malcom welcome Ive only joined recently and everyone seems very nice and friendly as well as helpful. Im sure you will learn very quickly and if in doubt just ask.
Im just a few further milesaway in Worcester.

I have the Fuji S9600 which I bought in 2007 but did not use much. I am now looking at the instructions to se what it can do!

Hi Tel,

you have some really great pics, although I seem to be linking to others when looking through the Flikr. I don't even know how to download pics yet, but once I do, I will look for guidance and aim to get up to yoiur level as soon as I can. The D700 is obviously very good and I have been looking at the D90 and wondering if I should splash out just yet when I haven't even got to know my Fuji S9600 ...... perhaps a good idea for Christmas?
