Hello!! I'm another newbie on the forum - was informed of this forum thanks to a couple of blokes on the Kent BIG CATS day yesterday (Ian and Dave?!). Having a look around, seems like a nice forum to "hang around" and pick up lots of tips! I was interested in the trip to Chester Zoo - but being a primary school teacher - I'll be in school when you are all having fun! Never mind! I'll keep my peepers peeled for something else!

Hi Rach. When I went to Chester Zoo it seemed like every school in a1 00 mile radius was on a day trip there. :icon_eek:

Oooh no. Not I...Not Football. RUGBY LEAGUE! 4th in the league at the mo - not doing too badly! :o)
 
Welcome Rach, where abouts in Kent did you go for the Big Cats day?
 
It was the Wildlife Heritage Foundation, it was a Day Out run by Experience Seminars. Despite the long journey from Warrington (A nice stop over in the Premier Lodge Maidstone!) it was a fantasic day out, I think it is IanC who has some pictures up elsewhere on the forum...I too have a shot of a Tiger with a Lens Hood!!! Currently going through all the pictures I took. Amazing day out!
 
good to hear you enjoyed it, i dont know where the seminars are in kent, there are only a couple of places it could be, not heard of the Wildlife Heritage Foundation!
