Welcome to the forum Ed, I'm fairly local and get over to Hinckley from time to time...

Just so you know all that you've typed out after your name can be added to your signature to save you adding it to your post each time :thumbs: plus the hard working staff round here tend to prefer stuff like that in signatures

Hey y'all thanks for the hellos - I am using the iphone app and have the signature set up there - I guess I am best to delete the iphone sig and do it online - if anyone fancies a coffee just shout :)

Indriging as I don't use the app at all but I fired it up just now to have a look how to start a thread now on the iPad all I have to do is tap the 3 dots in the top right of the screen and then one of the options is "start new topic" however on my iPhone 4S when tapping the 3 dots this option is not there :( very odd
