Hi, I signed up last month, but this is my first post.

I have been taking photos for years but now i've hit the 30's i'm now taking photography more seriously. Although I have a full time job, i'm now looking at making some extra money through photography.

I've started the Institute of Professional Photographers Diploma, and i'm hoping to get as much information as I can from everyone on this forum.

I don't have any special interest for photography, I just take pics of what I like, mainly wildlife for now.

I use a Canon 40d, with a few lenses. I'll get some pics on here soon.

Welcome from down the road at Whitley. Are you doing a college course for the Institute qualification.
 
Welcome - I just joined recently too - and am in sunny Wallsend. I'm finding loads of useful info on here - and lots of inspiration and friendly feedback on photos :)

You sound exactly like me, 30's, job, taking pictures for years and wants to make a bit of money.

I am currently looking to start the course you have joined. Do you have any feedback on what the course is like. Appreciate any feedback.
