Hi everyone
Only found this Forum about a week ago as I've just got my first PROPER camera. Its a Nikon P5100. My immediate ambition is to get to grips with this camera and then hopefully progress to a DSLR one day!
My photographic interest suddenly burst into life about a month or so ago. My husband has had a big interest in photography for as long as I've known him (21 years) and more before that. He is the one that has kindled my interest - he goes out with his camera and comes back with some amazing pictures (well in my opinion anyway).
There are some great photos on here so I have a lot to aspire to but I'm up for the challenge. I've been out taking pictures over the last week or so and I'm having great fun.
Although my husband is now developing an interest in editing photos, etc I'm afraid that I am not so much of a fan of that side of things. I believe that the picture should be a true reflection of the shot that you actually took (but who knows - maybe that will change as my interest develops).
Anyway, enought from me for now - I have lots to learn from this great forum.....
