Hi I am being treated to a second hand Canon EOS400D with two zoom lenses for my 40th birthday next Tuesday, so I am really looking forward to starting to take some real pics again, and not just snaps, I used to work in a camera shop when I first left school, for 9 yrs and loved it, and was always a keen 35mm Olympus photographer, since digital came in went to a C5000 compact with manual settings, then various MJU compacts and now finally back to a SLR, I can't wait !!
Hope to have some results to show you all soon

Thanks I loved my old Olympus gear, hi to everyone else, this has to be the best forum ever to use on iPhone it actually works really well !!

I'm really excited got my Eos 400d for my 40th birthday, now I have to learn to use it properly and start familiarising myself with it's settings.............let the fun begin !

Spotless and only 187 frames shot on it !!
