Well, I arrived here on Friday evening and pretty much went to the hotel and to sleep in Tokyo.
Woke up on Sat. morning to find there`s a typhoon on the way.....great (and it`s raining when I look out the window)
I did venture out with the camera (though my brother ended up borrowing it for pretty much the whole day)
Went to Ueno park and zoo (pretty much a bust all round as it was raining most of the animals were hiding away out of the rain).
The Shinkan-sen (bullet train) is currently suspended so I`ll have to wait till later this evening to go to Osaka.....so Tokyo was a bit disappointing this time due to bad weather.
On the plus side the weather in Osaka is supposed to be good, so hopefully can get some decent pics.
Oh and i picked up a 70-200 F2.8L IS lens yesterday
for the grand sum of 19,3000 yen (￡778)
