Hello from Hampshire

Hi there

My name is Duncan and I have been in to photography on a purely amature basis for some years now.

I started off using my Dad's oly AE1 Cannon 35mm film camera.

I then went down to compact cameras at university as I could not afford SLR's

Last year I had enough and bought myself a Nikon D40 to get started. Since then I have enjoyed taking the camera out where ever go.

I have just had my birthday and am waiting on a 55 -200mm lens and a flashgun.

I hope that is enough of an intro.

I'm looking forward to getting some tips and talking cameras as my partner has had enough of me banning on about them.
