Hi all, new to these forums.
Ive been into photography for 7 or 8 years. I started with a fuji bridge camera then quickly upgraded to a Nikon D50. Then after a year upgraded to a Nikon D200 and after that up to a D700. I had a selection of Sigma and Nikon lenses includuing the Nikon 70-200 Vr f/2.8. I did a lot of live band photography including going on a European tour with a pretty big metal band for 2 weeks in December 2008. I also love shooting aircraft, flying and static and also macro.
Due to finacial reasons I sold pretty much everything and bought a Nikon D90 and kept my nifty 50 f/1.8 and sigma 24-70 f/2.8.
I kept that kit for a while and then we put our house on the market and needed to sell everything for solicitor fees. I was gutted and went without any camera for bit, but then bought a Canon SX1 IS bridge just to keep me going. Im now fed up with that and wanted to get back into DSLR;s so I have bought a Canon Eos 450, 70-200 f/4 and a 35mm f/2.
I fancied trying canon out this time around, and cant wait to get back shooting and trying to regain the contacts I had during my band photog days.
Looking forward reading the forums, and maybe in time posting some images for critique!.
