Hello everyone!!

I'm just starting out with a D40x, still coming to terms with all the buttons and controls. I've recently completed a basic course and really need to get some practice in!! Looking forward to seeing everyone's photos and hopefully be able to pick up some hints and tips too!!

when i bought my D40 - the owners manual was rubbish....printed in grey text !
have a look at "Nikon D40/D40x Digital Field Guide (Paperback)" at Amazon Books <£10.........well worth it ......
