Hi everyone...
With the kids growing up I've got a bit more time on my hands so I've got into the 21st Century with a new DSLR. I took it out for a play in Blackpool last week and got some reasonable results... I think! :thinking:
Will hopefully be able to upload some soon...

I want to upload a couple of images but my files were too big so now I need to work out how to reduce them to be able to post them in my Gallery...

It's all a learning curve... :thinking:
 
Hi fogmeister if you download Faststone image viewer it is freeware. It can view your raw files and in tools you have a resize option 800px on the longest size for your TP posts and Bob's your mums aunty's niece :thinking: something like that :)

The last one was a 35mm film camera Zenit 11 I bought for the wife and she never used. I tinkered with it a bit and got the hang of lighting and depth of field but didn't use it too much because of the cost of film and processing... etc... plus having young children.

Now I'm in a position to spend a bit more and digital helps with the 'no waste' angle... Bonus!
