My name is Neil. Dabbled for the last year. Nikon d5000 owner with a few lenses.

Just trying to practice and improve. First things first is even how to upload a photo From my iPad for some macro critique! getting nowhere fast!

Bit worried though as there are some very talented photographers on here!
 
Welcome to TP from another local :thumbs: we're a really friendly lot round here and it's an amazing place to learn and develop as a photographer, I know that I have :thumbs:

You'll need to have your images hosted somewhere to be able to post them on the forum :thumbs:

Thanks for the kind welcome. Yep, a foxes fan in Coventry, not much stick coming from cov fans at the mo! Would be nice to mix the 2 hobbies and I do enjoy sporting photography as well as landscape and macro. Got photos on Flickr now so one step closer. Tried to upload some to gallery but image size too big. May have tried the raw files instead of jpeg. Will get there eventually!

Look forward to some helpful critiques and especially photoshop guidance. I know the photos aren't quite right, just never know what to do! I'm sure the forum will prove invaluable.

Right so you've got them on flickr :thumbs: now follow the instructions below and you'll be able to post them into the forum directly from flickr :thumbs:

You can post photo that are up to 1024px on the longest edge :thumbs: and that would be my recommendation, with the bonus of using the above method if people want they can click through and view up to the largest size you've got available :thumbs:
