My name is Ian and I live near Brighton. I've used a Nikon D60 for the past year or so and i've just "side-graded" (I guess) to a Canon 450D so I can learn the ways before I maybe upgrade again in the near future to something a bit more substantial.
I mainly want to come here to learn how to take fantastic night shots. I work as a professional wedding dj therefore I have the problem of taking sharp in-focus shots of people dancing in very low-light conditions.
I'm also after a second-hand fixed focus fast lens for my 450D if anyone knows someone who is selling one...something like an f2.0 @ 35mm maybe.
