Hello everyone! I am Alex and I am a graphic designer from Northampton. I have taken up photography as a bit of a hobby and really want to make the most of it and to learn as much as I can about it. I have been doing it for a few years now since university and have quite enjoyed doing it. I did have about a year and half break from seriously taking any creative shots up until April 2013 when I invested in upgrading my Canon EOS 450D to the full-frame 6D. Since doing so I have really started to enjoy photography a lot more!

Hi Alex, had a look at your Flickr stream and there are some great shots there, as a graphic designer you have and eye for the symmetrical, and also notice the patterns in nature ect. Some very nice portrait shots also. Welcome to the forums.
