Hello everyone :wave:

I am a totally newbie to the wonderful world of DSLR's having finally made the decsion to move over from my 35mm Minolta and compact digital (the decision was really made for me by my 5 year old daughter who kindly dropped the camera onto a concrete floor), so I am currently looking for a Canon 300d.

I would just like to say what a wonderfully informative forum this is and very friendly too :thumbs:.

I've promised her a Fisherprice Digital Camera, so hopefully that should help keep her sticky mitts off my lovely new camera :lol:
