Been looking for a photography site for a while, and this one seemed like a nice place so thought I'd sign up!

I've been interested in photography for nearly a year... recently started a night school course at a local college.

I have both digital and film slr's, both Nikon.

So anyway, that me lol.. :thumb:

David, already said hi in another thread. Just wondering whereabouts in Leeds you are? You look to do similar stuff me, as im into IT also :-S I'm just outside Huddersfield.

..hello again Matt! I actually live in-between Leeds and Bradford...in Drighlington. I've worked in IT for years since I graduated uni in '98, got into Photography about a year ago as a hobby, and a distraction! :eyesup:
 
Yeah, I know Drighlington. Have a few friends that live around there. We have quite a few members in this area now. Would you be interested in meeting up with the rest of us in the autumn sometime? Theres a thread kicking around about it somewhere :)

I work doing web development stuff, as well as IT maintenance, PC builds etc etc. Mainly the web stuff. I've just graduated from Huddersfield Uni, doing BSc Virtual Reality Systems. Eek, someone stop me - i've been doing my CV tonight, so am slipping into interview mode ;)

..yeah I don't see why not! :lol: I've just started a night school course at Joseph Priestley College in Morley, its the third night tomorrow, it's been good so far!

I work in IT Support, though I'm trying to move toward IT project management.. about 7 years since I graduated though! :shock:

..It's an 18 week course, one night a week. Only on the third night tonight, but will let you know how it goes! :)
