Hi everyone,

Just joined so thought I better say hi!

So..... HI!

I've owned cameras a few years now, and spent many years going from compact to SLR to compact to SLR. So now, I have both! :-)

I decided on a Sony A230 this time, although I've always had Canons. The image stabilising feature in the body of the Sony really appealed to me.

Anyway, I'm looking to get a bit more into my SLR photography, so thought I'd join up here!

I just wanted to post a couple of pics that I've taken. They mean a lot to me as the first one was the first ever pic I took with a DSLR, and the second one was taken with no setup time, and yet it came out quite good I think!

Liking that first shot a lot! One of the subjects I have yet to capture, seen a few, but always to quick to capture, (or could be me thats too slow!)
